Wiener Städtische Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group (Vienna Insurance Group)

Vienna Insurance Group AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe whose share is 97.08 percent from the capital of BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP is the sole proprietor of the capital of TBI Bulgaria.
 
As at 11 June 2010 the new majority shareholder in BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP is TBI Bulgaria with 97.08 percent share. The change in the majority shareholder of BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP results from the fusion of BIP Group EAD in TBI Bulgaria, entered in the trade register with the registry agency on 11 June 2010.

This transformation has been effective since the Vice-Chairman and Head of Insurance Supervision Division with the Financial Supervision Commission adopted it.

BIP Group EAD fused in TBI Bulgaria with the purpose to simplify the current corporate structure of the companies in Bulgaria which on its turn shall lead to better organization, flexibility and effectiveness of management and administration of business processes.
