Voluntary Personal Accident of Passengers in the Motor Vehicle Insurance

BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP covers damages of the injured persons travelling in the vehicle in case of permanent disablement or death, resulting from a traffic accident. The insurance cover is valid from the time of getting into the vehicle till the time of getting out of it.

The sum insured is determined by the insured based on the following limits:

• BGN 10’000.
• BGN 20’000.
• BGN 30’000.  
• other upon agreement

The insurance compensation shall be distributed equally among the victims in the vehicle. The amount so distributed represents limit of compensation for each of them. Each injured person shall receive compensation depending on the specified percentage of permanent disability. In the event of death, the compensation shall be paid in full amount to the lawful heirs.
