Third party liability for Republic of Bulgaria

BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP covers the third party liability for owners and drivers of motor vehicles for bodily injury and/or death and/or material damages to third parties they have caused to third parties and for which they are liable pursuant to the legislation in force.

Having concluded Motor Third Party Liability insurance, the customer has the right to travel in all EU member states.

Limits of liability

the sums insured are:
-  for property damages:
up to  1'000’000 BGN;
-  for non-property damages:
up to  1'000’000 BGN per person injured;
up to 5'000’000 BGN for any event if two or more persons have been injured.

Insurance period

- 1 /one/ year

What we offer in addition is:

- Against payment of additional premium, you receive a Green Card certificate valid for all member states of the international Green Card agreement, including Macedonia, Turkey, Serbia and others
