Credit Insurance
Under the terms of this policy BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP shall pay indemnity to an insured creditor in case of default of a debtor under a credit agreement.
BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP shall be liable up to a pre-agreed insured percentage of the principal and the interest due thereon as agreed between the insured and the debtor, including penalty interest for arrears.
Excluded under the cover are service and management fees for the credit, penalties and expenses for enforced collection of the receivable.
