Public Liability Insurance For Use Of Firearms

According to the Law for control of explosives, firearms and munitions this insurance is compulsory for employees of legal entities and single traders, who perform safeguarding activities using firearms.

Under this insurance BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP undertakes to cover the liability of the insured in respect of property damage and/or bodily injury sustained by third parties with regard to the use of firearms in the course of any activities allowed by law.

The insurance is also designed for:

• Legal entities, which use firearms to safeguard their own premises or leased ones;
• Natural persons, who use firearms for self-defense;
• Natural persons and legal entities, which use firearms for hunting and sports.
