Professional Indemnity of Certified Public Accountants

BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP covers the liability of certified public accountants against:

• damages to the principal, which are direct and immediate consequence of professional negligence;
• costs and expenses made with the consent of Bulstrad Plc for investigation, defence or negotiation in respect of settlement of any claim covered under the policy up to the specified limit.

The sum insured (limit of liability) is fixed per insured event and as a total limit of liability in the aggregate for all occurrences within the period of the insurance policy.

Additional cover is provided by BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP:

• for litigation costs or legal defence costs;
• for all sums, which the insured is liable to pay under claims for damages, resulting from his/her acts errors or omissions in the course of  his/her activity as:
  • receiver;
  • trustee;
  • questor.
