Professional Indemnity for Design and Construction

BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP undertakes to cover the liability of the Insured under claims, submitted within the policy period, for actually sustained property and non-property damages, including legal costs caused to other participants in the construction and/or third parties as a result of illegal actions or inactions of the Insured upon or on the occasion of the fulfillment of its obligations.

Covered are any claims related to the professional liability of the Insured and its workers/employees on employment contract.
