Forwarding Agent Liability

BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP shall indemnify the Insured for all sums exceeding the agreed limits of liability when the liability of the Insured-forwarding agent under an agreed transaction or service performed by the latter results from:
1. international convention/agreement or law which must apply to the specific transaction or service;
2. according to the General Forwarding Conditions (GFC) and General Storage Conditions (GSC) of the Bulgarian National Forwarders Association (BNFA), and the optional insurance coverage in accordance to:

Clause F1: The liability of the forwarding agent acting as a trade agent or representative of the client/owner as per GFC of BNFA;

and/or
Clause F2: The liability of the forwarding agent acting as an operator as per GFC of BNFA;

and/or
Clause F3: The liability of the forwarding agent acting as a warehouse operator as per GFC of BNFA.
