Professional Indemnity of Insurance Brokers and Agents

BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP shall indemnify the third party injured to the extent of the damages caused by the Insured, sustained or occurred during the policy period, which the Insured shall be liable to pay on the grounds of a court decision or agreement, but no more than the agreed limit of liability for any one event and in the aggregate or the additionally agreed limit for legal expenses.

The insurance cover shall extend for all claims arising out of one event, occurring during the policy period, regardless of when such claim is submitted within the statutory limitation period.

Against payment of additional premium, BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP shall indemnify the Insured, within the additionally agreed limit, for any legal costs and expenses awarded to it for legal defense on claims in court, pretrial, administrative and arbitration proceedings brought against it in connection with the professional liability to third parties.
