Professional Indemnity of Notaries

This insurance provides financial compensation for property damage incurred as a result of professional negligence of a notary.

The policy also insures against liability of notaries for damages, caused by the notary’s:

• assistant,
• apprentice,
• employees,

out of and in the course of their activities and following the instructions of the notary.

The sum insured (limit of liability) is fixed per insured event and as a total limit of liability in the aggregate for all occurrences within the period of the insurance policy.

Against payment of additional premium BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP provides cover against litigation costs and/or legal defence costs.
