Professional Indemnity of Touroperators

This insurance product is developed according to the requirements of the Law on Tourism and the Ordinance on the conditions and order for effecting a compulsory insurance covering touroperator’s liability.

BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP covers the liability of the touroperator for property damage resulting from their activities and caused by non-payment on to their contracting parties and suppliers, including in case of their insolvency and and bankruptcy.

The insurance is taken out in accordance with the annual turnover per tourist declared by the touroperator or their business plan for the current year, at the following limits of liability:

• BGN 22 500
• BGN 25 000
• BGN 37 000
• BGN 50 000
• BGN 60 000
• BGN 80 000
• BGN 100 000
• BGN 110 000
• BGN 150 000
• BGN 200 000
• other, upon agreement

Against payment of additional premium BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP provides cover against litigation costs and/or legal defence costs.
