Travel Insurance (Assistance) for tourists
This insurance policy is a joint product of BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP and Inter Parner Assistance, which guarantees the security and peace of mind of the traveler through a network of 24-hours a day alarm centres all over the world.
The insurance limit is optional and depends on the choice of the client. The following limits are offered:
- EUR 4,000
- EUR 10,000
- EUR 15,000
- EUR 30,000
The insurance provides the following coverage and service:
- the medical expenses are reimbursed in case of an accident or sudden illness (outpatient treatment and emergency dental expenses up to EUR 350 can be covered as well, depending on the choice of cover).
- hospitalization in the nearest hospital and, if necessary, repatriation of the assured to Bulgaria, including by an air ambulance.
- Repatriation in case of death.
- egal defense and legal costs (up to EUR 900) in case of legal proceedings initiated against the assured for civil liability under the law of the visited country.
The insurance is designed for travellers up to 75 years old and for a period of the journey not longer than 90 consecutive days.
A discount is granted for children up to 12 years.
