www.bulstrad.bg — AGAIN the best Bulgarian financial website!

At a ceremony which took place on 1st November 2004 the winners of the competition BG Site 2004 were awarded. The competition was organised by the Bulgarian Web Association  in partnership with M3 Communications Group,Inc. and Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

The 16-member jury had to choose the winners amongst 179 websites grouped in 16 categories. The jury consisted of experts, representing well-known sites or companies, related to the internet business. The organisers of the event were not on the jury. Once again, in view of their good reputation and international experience Pricewaterhouse Coopers were engaged as a consultant on the rules of the competition and in the counting of votes.

www.bulstrad.bg was distinguished as the best site in the Finance category.

The prize was given by Ms Svetlana Ivanova, Marketing and Communications Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers, to Mr Ivan Ivanov, director Research and Development in Bulstrad. Mr Ivanov said that “this award was not only an acknowledgement of the high professional standards of Bulstrad, it was also an appreciation of the significance of the insurance industry for the Bulgarian economy”. This year the message of the competition is addressed both to those engaged in the web business and to Internet users.

The slogan of the competition Start from here focused on the Bulgarian web as a starting point for surfing the net. For 6th successive year the BG site competition awards the most prestigious web prizes.

The honorary statuette was made by Ivo Arnaudov.
