Medical insurance for foreigners on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria

This insurance is offered in accordance with the Ordinance on the general conditions, minimum sum insured, minimum insurance premium and the procedure for conclusion of compulsory medical insurance for foreigners on short-term or long-term stay in the Republic of Bulgaria or transiting through the country, hereinafter referred to as the Ordinance /promulgated in State Gazette, No. 41 of 13.05.2015; amended and supplemented in SG, No. 57 of 13.07.2007; amended in SG, No. 51 of 05.07.2011/.

ZEAD BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP will compensate the insured person for the actual medical expenses incurred for emergency medical assistance in the event of sudden, unexpected, unforeseen indisposition, sickness or accident occurring during the term of the insurance contract. Expenses for medical treatment and hospitalization include costs of medical assistance in emergency, expenses for outpatient and hospital care and costs of dental care according to the provisions of the Regulation.
